Not Quite Dead: The robot at the fortress is shot down and seems dead, but then it gets a second wind and gets up to destroy the entire place before finally being destroyed by cannon fire from Goliath. Externally, the robots are constructed out of an extremely strong, dark armor. This is shown to be able to withstand large cannonballs, gunshots, and fiery temperatures.
